Concept & Entertainment
Messe Frankfurt commissioned us to develop a creative showcase and installation program exploring controller culture and rhythm visualization under the guiding question: What does the musician of the future look like? We designed the concept as an immersive, experience-led format where rhythm becomes a visual language and controllers act as instruments—translating gesture and timing into real-time audiovisual output.
The concept was realized through the planning, organization, and delivery of a 2,000 sqm area titled MusicOneX, presented as part of the 30th anniversary edition of Prolight + Sound. Within MusicOneX, we combined curated live showcases with interactive installations that actively involved visitors in musical creation. Instead of passive viewing, guests could step into the system, trigger patterns, shape sequences, and experience how a single controller input can transform sound and visuals at once.
This approach generated meaningful customer touchpoints through participation rather than promotion, while giving partner brands a modern context to present their products as part of authentic artistic workflows. MusicOneX positioned the fair not just as a place to display technology, but as a stage for ideas, culture, and the next evolution of live performance.
Technology evolves so fast and we have so many ideas per minute, by the time you´ve finished reading this site it´s basically already out of date! Let´s talk instead.
